The kitchen includes fridge freezer, modern oven and chic 1950's English Rose cabinets. There is a 6 seat kitchen table for entertaining with double french doors to a patio for alfresco dining.
There is off road parking for 2 cars, the cottage is completely secluded with a garden, bbq and assortment of outdoor games and toys for your entertainment.
Situated on a quiet lane not far from the Atlantic Highway in the parish of Morwenstow. Surrounded by farmland with a nearby lane to Duckpool the closest beach. The nearest village is Kilkhampton, 3 miles with small stores, fish and chips, takeaway, and two pubs. Within a ten minute drive are two country pubs both serving quality meals, and an award winning tea house close to the cliffs at Morwenstow. Several beaches are near, and whether you want secluded, quiet and elemental or open sandy and lifeguarded there is something for everyone within a few minutes.
Open moorland, ancient woodlands and quaint villages make for some interesting walks and visits in the nearby area. For a taste of all three head to Hartland and take the old coach track through the woods to the Abbey, and cliff beyond at Blackpool mill.
